Rent Smart Wales certification demonstrates we operate in only the highest possible standards, and deliver high quality and appropriate homes.
At Mead Lettings we handle all client monies in line with regulations set out by the government on client money protection. We are a registered member of Client Money Protect, ensuring all checks have been passed and continued support is available if any issues arise.
Finally, the Deposit Protection Scheme handle all of our financial deposits on all properties associated with MLM. By doing this, we can ensure that any tenants in any of our properties know that their money is kept safe, and when the time comes to get their deposit back – everything will be handled by an impartial and fair process, meaning nothing is at risk of deduction for no reason.
